Find us: We are conveniently located on Hatfield Road by Clarence Park and opposite the Crown Pub. We are 5 mins walk from St Albans City Station and 15 mins walk from St Albans town centre. There is parking available all along the road outside (for 1 hour) or you can park on Clarence Road or in Clarence Park which is less than 5 mins walk away (Mon-Fri is FREE for 3 hours if you display a ticket and FREE at the weekends/bank holidays). Please remember to check signs for latest parking restrictions!
Refunds & corrections policy: At House of Hair ZL, we take pride in the quality of our work and aim to ensure every client leaves happy with their experience, however, please note that we do not offer refunds for any services. If you are not fully satisfied with your result, we are happy to offer a correction within 3 days of your original appointment, after consultation and approval from the responsible stylist. We kindly ask all clients to respect our time, effort, and professionalism. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
